Technical Questions: The technicians are available Monday. - Friday. 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST. Weprefer that technical questions be answered via telephone (978) 372-3442. We do accept technical questions via e-mail, however this method will require 3 business days before a response is received. advcommsys@verizon.net

Estimates for Repair cost are billed at $75.00 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. We require the minimum payment to be included with the unit when it is shipped. Payment will be accepted by check, money order or credit card. If using a credit card, please include your card's number, expiration date, billing address and your phone number.

Be sure to include a detailed description of the problem(s) you are experiencing along with the Frequencies and Serial number of your unit. You will receive a phone call regarding the estimated cost for repair before any repairs are made.
Note Mark 4 owners: The minimum repair cost for the Mark 4 Controller is $300. Please include the $300 payment with the shipment of the unit.
